Christmas Demonstration

On Tue 22nd. Nov 2011. at the Methodist Church Hall in Papatoetoe I presented a Christmas Demonstration of festive Tree Design, installing Christmas fairy lights with Christmas table arrangements and designs for our local Papatoetoe Floral Art Club.

Also in the audience were students of the Aorere College and the Chapel Downs Adult Education classes that l teach on Tuesday nights and Thursday mornings. It was a great experience for them to see not only the demonstration but to see the wonderful floral display that the Ladies of the Papatoetoe Floral Art Club had done for their end of year competition. Some were that impressed that they were also interested in joining the Papatoetoe Floral Art Club.

The demonstration went for just on an hour with the final design being my Weeping White Crystal Christmas Tree. A busy Q & A followed while having a well earned cuppa after wards.

Close to a full hall it seems that every one enjoyed them selves and l look forward to doing more.
