Booking Fee:
$ 115.00 This pre-paid charge secures the venue and includes preparation for the event
( PLEASE note that this is a Non Refundable charge )
Guests:
$ 5.50 This charge is per person.
Chair Hire:
$ 3.50 each We can seat 80-100 guests comfortably on the lawn area with an isle down the centre for the bridal party to enter down.
Table Hire:
$ 11.50 each These rectangle tables seat 6 guests - 3 on either side or 8 guests if you seat 2 extra guests on the ends - there is no charge for the signing of the register table or pre ceremony drinks table.
Port-a-loo hire:
$ 195.00 each One Port-a-loo is essential for any function held here - in the past we have found 1 usually is sufficient.
Security Hire:
$ 195.00 The company we use has a 3 hour minimum charge - this is a good idea as they look over guests cars on the street and escort female guests back to their cars if necessary.
Garden Hire for Wedding Photos:
$ 115.00 This is an hourly charge for the bridal party and family to use the garden for their wedding photo backdrop.
