Booking Fee:
$ 115.00 This pre-paid charge secures the venue and includes preparation for the event
PLEASE note that this is a Non Refundable charge. Fees are based on a 3 hour event.
Guests:
$ 5.50 This charge is per person.
Chair Hire:
$ 3.50 each. We can seat 60 guests comfortably indoors or 80 outside - 100 guests buffet style dinning.
Table Hire:
$ 11.50 each. These rectangle tables seat 6 guests - 3 on either side or 8 guests if you seat 2 extra guests on the ends.
Port-a-loo Hire:
$ 195.00 each. One Port-a-loo is essential for any function held here - in the past we have found 1 usually is sufficient.
Security Hire:
$ 195.00 The company we use has a 3 hour minimum charge - this is a good idea as they look over guests cars on the street and escort female guests back to their cars if necessary.
